Everything started in 1970. This year, it was founded an small family company which objective was to produce springs.
At the beginning, thevariety of the manufactured springs was very limited. Howeverí, the fact of being an innovative company in this zone and giving an efficient respones to the clients, mostly in the toy sector, caused the possibility of extend the products capacities.
That's why, in 1977 the company moved to the Industrial Estate, the first of all the current estates
By this time, the industry was growing in Ibi, but it wasn't several companies, that's why our company was one of the first in located in the Industrial Estate. Nowadays, the Ibi's estate has hundreds of companies of different sectors, and continu whit its expansion.
In 1978, the "Muelles Albert y Brotóns S.L." society was constituted.
All of that propiciated the expansion of the company. We purchased some last generation machinery, from Switzerland and Italy. Whith that we extend our gallery of products.
Whith the passing of time, the company became established in the market. The wuality of our products and the fast response fdacilitated the establishing of the company.
Our innovative spirit take us in the 80's to expand our manufacture possibilities. We purchased new machinery, from Germany, to produce rods and axis patterned in cold. Whith that, we increased more our gallery of products.
In the 90's the company was totally established and had a number of clients each time bigger. For adquire new knowledge we move around all the national and international fairs, in order to be informated about the market novelties. Similarly, we moved to different factories of our speciality.
In 1997 the company change its name to the present name: "Muelles Brotóns, S.L." . The clidren of one of the founders took the direction of the company, giving new ideas and developing methods in order to increase the production and quality of our products.
In 1998 we expanded our factory and modernized it. We added a new wharehouse and modernized the interior and exterior. We added a new logo, more appropiate to the new direction. All of that gave a new face to the company, more modern and innovative.
Our interest for improving the quality and increasing the gallery of products, have taken us to purchase new machinery and improve our production and quality processes, that's why we are certificated by the IVAC. Since some years later, we manufacture shaped pieces, adding more variety to our gallery of products.
Nowadays we are able to produce any kind of spring, rod or shaped piece. By plan, proof or measurements and whith the best quality and reliability.
